One of the most sought-after venues on the lake is Villa Regina Teodolinda, located in the charming town of Laglio. It’s no wonder Ben & Sinead chose to tie the knot at this exclusive wedding location.
Villa Regina Teodolinda, is a beautiful villa on the western shore of Lake Como, a wedding photographers paradise. The villa was built in the early 20th century, Laglio has been the residence of many famous people, including George Clooney.
Villa Regina Teodolinda is surrounded by lush gardens and offers panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Villa Regina Teodolinda on Lake Como is a perfect setting for a romantic wedding ceremony. The gardens provided a picturesque backdrop for Ben & Sineads vows, and the terrace offered a stunning view of the lake for their wedding breakfast. The villa's interior is just as beautiful, with elegant frescoes, chandeliers, and marble floors. Shortly after their wedding breakfast we jumped on one of the private speedboats organised by Ben & Sinead and sped up the lake like James Bond, this made for some truly beautiful wedding photographs. As a destination wedding photographer, shooting at Villa Regina Teodolinda is a dream come true. The villa's stunning architecture and picturesque setting provided an abundance of photographic opportunities. From the lush gardens to the terrace and the grand interiors, every corner of the villa is a perfect spot for a beautiful wedding photography.
